I have used the Muscle Magic and Bone Knit products a number of times to help with my chronic hip pain. During times where it flares, the creams have helped settle the pain around the area. I am also a physiotherapist and recommend these products. I tend to find quite a few products irritate my skin that I use daily especially as a physiotherapist, however both the Muscle Magic and Bone Knit gave me no irritation no matter how much I used.
